He is a partner and CEO of our firm. He obtained his law degree from the Catholic University of Santiago de Guayaquil in 2010, and also got a Master’s degree in Procedural Law at the same alma mater, obtaining recognition and publication of his master’s thesis in 2014.

Andrés completed a second master’s degree in the field of Legal Argumentation, at the University of Alicante-Spain, in agreement with the University of Italy-Palermo; in which he obtained the Master’s Degree of II level in legal argumentation.

He is currently a PhD Candidate (PH.d), at the University of Buenos Aires- Argentina.

He is also a specialist with high recognition in Customs Law for his training in that area, and for his experience having been part of the legal department of the district of Guayaquil. He is currently a prosecutor in the administrative field in the Servicio Nacional de Aduanas del Ecuador (SENAE), and as a court in the District Tribunals of Tax Litigation, of many of the most important importers and exporters in the country, including international suppliers in the local area, with headquarters in China, Panama, Spain and the United States of America.

He is also a member of the directory and attorney of the Football Association of Guayas (Asoguayas), and member of different commissions in the Ecuadorian Football Federation (F.E.F.), which he has represented even before the National Assembly and the Ministry of Sports.

He has represented the most important sports clubs in Ecuador and the Guayas Football Association, before national and international organizations, such as the South American Football Confederation (CONMEBOL), the International Federation of Association Football (FIFA) and the Arbitration Court Sports (TAS).

Our Director in the academic field, is teacher of the Metropolitan University of Ecuador, in the areas of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure Law, Customs Law and Legal Argumentation and in the Criminal Law Specialty of the same university.

He currently serves as a lawyer for various private and public financial institutions in the civil and administrative fields; and is a judicial prosecutor in criminal, administrative, civil, arbitration, negotiation and fiduciary consultancies of different companies and individuals of high repute.
