She is a lawyer graduated from the University of Guayaquil and Magister in labor, family and organizational mediation, a degree obtained at the same center of studies.

Virginia has worked in the academic area, being part of the administrative area of ​​the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Santiago de Guayaquil, for more than 30 years.

He has also participated in collective bargaining negotiations in the workplace.
